Shipping and Returns


Orders ship by 2:30pm central Time on the day of authorization of your payment. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Holidays are not considered business operating days. You will be notified of any product delays by phone and/or email. At that time you will be given the opportunity for substitutions, wait for inventory, or immediate refund.

You will be given a tracking number after your order has been shipped. Mr. Indian Hair™ entrusts our shipping partner to deliver your package on time. Mr. Indian Hair™ is not responsible for late shipments caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Mr. Indian Hair™ will not for any of the above reasons offer a reimbursement for late shipments.

Please double check your mailing address, making sure no mistakes are made. This is extremely important because it is the main reason packages are delayed or returned to sender. Mr. Indian Hair™ is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages because of a mistake in the address. Mr. Indian Hair™ will not reimburse any fees in the case of a wrong address, refused, and or abandoned packages.

It is recommended that you require a signature when receiving a package. If you choose not to Mr. Indian Hair™ will not be responsible or reimburse any money paid for the product or shipping due to a package being stolen.

The customer is responsible for any fees incurred to re-ship a returned package because of a bad mailing address, or any fees incurred to change an address because a wrong or incomplete mailing address was given.


If your package has been shipped to a correct mailing address, and you asked for a signature, and the package is considered lost by the shipping agency, then we will send you a replacement order.
